I've given up drinking Sprite the last two days and replaced it with water, but that doesn't mean I wasn't still extremely dehydrated today. I ran my longest run so far -- which still isn't saying much, at a distance of 3 miles -- but I had the mindset to go quite a bit farther. But an 80-degree day and not enough H20 does not a good combo make.
